Project Management is organized and operated by a team of experienced project managers and engineers. Through excellent communications with customers; project specifications are followed closely to provide an accurate and up-to-date schedule, status and quality control reports at different stages. This allows our customers to have a clear overview and full control of the development cycle.

Our Project Management team acts as a window between the customers and us. The teams¡¯ functions are as follow for all different stages in the development cycle:
- Manage and allocate tasks to relevant departments in the company
- Project follow up ¨C ensuring all tasks are on schedule as planned
- Quality Control ¨C ensuring the requirements and specifications are achieved
- Detailed reports ¨C allowing our customers to have full control of the development cycle.
