Our company has More than 70 ¨C 80 tons to 1800 tons injection machines in the injection department. In our die-casting department, we have twelve 88 tons to 200 tons die-casting machines. As well as having the capability for tooling testing and producing tooling samples, we also welcome modifications for injection & die-casting on existing tooling according to the customer¡¯s requirements.

In the injection and die-casting department, we have onsite QCs to ensure surface quality, colour and dimensions of products are tightly controlled. The quality control department will perform careful inspection on the quality of product according to the customer¡¯s requirements and standards. We have paid great attention in our quality control departments in order to gain the customer¡¯s trust and satisfaction in our company by having onsite QCs who work independently from the injection and die-casting department with the following code of practice:
- Stop production until the standards of quality have passed
- Unqualified products not allowed be stored away
